Evaluating Real Estate Deals
When we are calling potential sellers we always use one of the phone call script.
The goal is to get information quick in 5-7 minutes and determine if we will make an appointment based on description and owner motivation.
Here is Two Phone call scripts our office use.
- Phone call script (FOR SALE advertising)
Hi, my name is __________. I'm calling about your home for sale.
Can you tell me if it is still available ?
Can you tell me a little about the home?
When was the home built?
Have the kitchen and bath(s) been updated since it was built?
Does it have a garage or basement?
Is the yard fenced?
Does it need Any Repairs?
Do you currently live in the home?
How Long you've been living in the home?
What Style of the Home
Sq. Feet?
Is there a particular reason you are looking to sell at this time?
How quickly are you looking to sell?
If I can offer you cash and close quickly what is the best you can do?
What is the Property Address?
When could I come and look at the home to see if I would be interested in it?
