You, the potential lender, can protect your investment by lending no more than 75% of the property value (75% Loan to Value)! What does this mean for you? A profitable investment. Your investment, which can be as low as 20K, is secured by property with equity. Moreover, your return on investment may be as high as 12% depending on loan length(6 month -2 year term)
